mission is to provide new and outside the box educational opportunities for interpreters to grow and become a safe place for their colleagues and themselves to live authentically; to empower the Deaf community with education to advocate and become more autonomous. TWTP's vision is to create a community that supports one another’s authenticity through education and growth. The purpose of The Willow Tree Project is to serve the Interpreting and Deaf community through education, advocacy, and interpreting with the understanding that this project is ever changing. The more growth that occurs, the more adjusting TWTP will do. The more advocacy TWTP supports, the more of a community effort it will become.
